Here's an opportunity for my friends to share around for young people who need an opportunity.

My brother works for Boyd Caterpillar in Lexington, KY. They have started a GIANT project for powering an AI Data Center in Point Pleasant, WV. They will need technicians to maintain generators and associated equipment at their site. if you know a young person who is good with their hands and willing to move, Boyd Caterpillar will train them (In Bell, WV), get them field experience in a shop and service truck with another technician for experience, and then put them working on site at the new data center as the power generation side gets installed and goes online starting in just a couple of months

This is a great company to work for, great pay and benefits, and a way to kickstart a career if they have the desire and aptitude to work with their hands. I know some of you saw "West Virginia" and cringed,,, It's not a horrible location, not overgrown and overpriced, and these techs will make enough to live well, and the experience will let them work darn near anywhere in the country in the future.

ATTENTION IN THE PADDOCK!

As of this Friday. 7/3, I'll be out of commission for the holiday and then 2+ weeks weeks minimum for spinal surgery. If you are already on my schedule for this week I've got you, and I may be able to fit 1-2 more riders/bikes on the schedule this week.

My lower back failed almost 6 weeks ago, and I've had to limit shop work since then to get existing customers taken care of. Its not been fun, and I've lost quite a bit of function.

Next week I'll be out of commission and not touching a wrench for at least two weeks, most likely longer if Momma and the doctor win or my healing doesn't go well, so I've GOT to do the right things to allow it to heal and regain function.

I apologize if I'm not able to help you, but I will answer messages as I can and will get back to wrenching and riding as soon as my back will safely allow it. I sincerely don't like not being available, but my spine and the repair forces it. It bothers me at my core to not be able to help riders, but I don't have a choice.

Speed Safe and enjoy the miles for me!

Here's a new place to play in the dirt! Adult and kid friendly, all about having fun and camaraderie... Serious plans in the works if it gets traction and to start getting involved in hosting race series!

There is a separate track for the younger riders just getting thier feet wet, and a good time to be had for all!!

This is a Canadian customer. I did tires on her bike about 2 years ago.

Its a '17 model she bought in 2020 with 3000 Km on it. I did a tire for her Tuesday at 87k Km (56000 miles) she sent this today.

Next time you say a 15000 mile bike is high mileage, think about weather you'll be up to doing the mileage the bike is built for. This is how it's done!
