A Modern Classic, Ready for Its Next Chapter

Some cars deserve more than a quick detail before they hit the market. They deserve to be preserved.

This beautiful Ferrari 360 Modena finished in the iconic Giallo Modena was picked up just outside of Atlanta and brought back to our shop while its owner was away in France. Our goal was simple: erase the evidence of years of driving and rally use, then prepare it for its next owner.

The first step was removing all of the old Crown Rally decals and aging paint protection film that had been on the car for years. Once everything was safely removed, the team completed a careful paint correction to restore clarity and gloss, repaired numerous rock chips throughout the front end, thoroughly cleaned the engine bay, and refreshed every inch of the interior. The end result is a Ferrari that’s ready to make an incredible first impression when it goes up for sale.

What makes this particular 360 so special is what’s inside. It’s equipped with the rare 6-speed gated manual transmission. Ferrari built far fewer manual 360s than the F1 paddle-shift versions, and today they’re some of the most sought-after modern Ferraris on the market. That exposed metal shift gate has become one of Ferrari’s most recognizable design features, delivering the unmistakable mechanical “click” between gears that enthusiasts chase all over the world.

We always enjoy taking care of vehicles for our friends at Two Brothers Tire & Automotive, so when it was time to get their 24-foot Malibu Wakesetter ready for the season, we were excited to help.

The team started by performing a full gel coat correction on the exterior hull, removing oxidation, water spotting, light scratches, and years of wear to restore the depth and gloss that these boats are known for. Once the surface was properly corrected, we protected it with XPEL Marine V2 Ceramic Coating from bow to stern.

If you spend much time on East Tennessee lakes, you know how quickly mineral-rich freshwater can leave behind stubborn water spots. Those minerals bake onto the gel coat in the summer sun, making routine cleaning more difficult over time. A quality marine ceramic coating creates a slick, protective barrier that helps reduce mineral buildup, makes the boat much easier to wash after a day on the water, provides excellent UV protection against fading and oxidation, and helps preserve that deep gloss season after season.

Though PPF is excellent for rock chip impacts, it does have a lifespan.

When it reaches and far surpasses that lifespan, those are the nightmare stories you hear about removal.

20 years is too long to keep ppf or any vinyl on your car... but it's ok. We can handle it, though at $100/hr for removal, it can climb that cost ladder rather quickly.

A saved paint job on a very rare gated Ferrari 360.... worth it. And notice...no chips... still did its job after all those years.

The team installed ceramic window tint all around, including the windshield, to help cut heat, glare and UV exposure while making the car much more comfortable during those hot Tennessee summers.

The exterior was protected with our XPEL Fusion Classic 4-Year Ceramic Coating package, adding gloss, making regular washing and maintenance easier, and providing long-term protection from the elements.

This Mercedes SL63 AMG Convertible just finished up after receiving full body coverage in XPEL Paint Protection Film.

Full body PPF jobs are where the small details really start to matter. Our team spent a lot of time on the finish work, wrapping edges where possible, cleaning up corners and making sure the film follows the complicated shapes and body lines of the SL63 as cleanly as possible. That extra time in the final stages of the install is a big part of what separates one PPF job from another.

While it was here, we also removed the wheels for our wheels-off ceramic coating service, protecting the wheels and brake calipers. The interior received protection as well, along with treatment for the convertible top.

A beautiful car with a lot of work put into keeping it that way for years to come.
