Customer called for a front pad and rotor replacement on their Tesla. Once I arrived and inspected the brakes, I found the pads still had plenty of life, so there was no need for the repair. While inspecting the vehicle, I found the tires were down to the cords and recommended replacing them. No unnecessary repairs, just honest recommendations.
