Congratulations to our latest recipient of the Extra Miler Award!! Lily received numerous nominations this month, which speaks to the impact she has on both her customers and her coworkers.
Lily consistently goes above and beyond for her customers. She greets everyone with a smile, treats them like lifelong friends, and makes sure they feel comfortable, valued, and taken care of. This is especially evident in the detailed Google reviews she receives. Her customers clearly trust her and appreciate the warm, positive experience she provides in an environment that can sometimes feel uncomfortable or overwhelming.
Lily has also come a long way in her role as an Advisor. She has worked hard, taken in the information and feedback she has been given, and continues to grow every day. She is always willing to help her team, brings great energy to the workplace, and gives her best no matter what kind of day she is having.
The fact that Lily was nominated multiple times is a great reflection of how much she contributes to her customers, her coworkers, and the team as a whole.
