The company provides light-duty, medium-duty and heavy-duty towing services and is WreckMaster certified.

Services include 24/7 roadside assistance, jump starts, lockout assistance and fuel delivery.

Nelson Towing and Recovery is based at 11496 Virgil Goode Highway in Rocky Mount.
