⚡️ 65.2 MPG… in an XC90. 👀

This is why I enjoy living with a plug-in hybrid.

My XC90 comes home,

gets plugged in right in the garage,

and the trip computer is currently showing 65.2 MPG over 1,746 miles. 🔌⚡️⛽️

For my everyday driving,

I get the benefit of electric driving without giving up the size, comfort,

or flexibility I want from an SUV.

And the best part? I’m not quoting a brochure —

this is my car and my actual driving.

Plug it in. Drive it. Let the numbers do the talking. 😎

🔥 TRADE WALK TIME! 🔥

3 trades today,

and this continues to be one of my favorite parts of the day.

Yes, we’re looking at cars, but the real value is the conversation.

The team gets a chance to chop it up, ask questions, share knowledge, and learn from each other.

I’m proud of how our management team has taken ownership of the Trade Walk and turned it into a real coaching moment.

The cars bring us outside.

The conversation makes us better. 💪🏾🚗

Today we brought Kahoot into our sales training to reinforce the Buying Cycle Objection and see what the team actually retained.

A little competition.

A lot of learning.

And most importantly—participation.

Training is more effective when people are involved, thinking, answering, and having a little fun along the way.

Learn it. Apply it.
