I really appreciate that they send a video showing what they found on the vehicle, along with their recommendations. They explain what actually needs attention and why, rather than looking for extra ways to get your money. Most importantly, I never feel pressured or taken advantage of.
As a woman, I’ve unfortunately had experiences at other dealerships where I walked in and immediately felt like they assumed they could charge me for unnecessary services or repairs simply because I might not know as much about cars.
