Mammoth Bend is a new, small RV park on a secluded stretch of the San Marcos River just downstream of Martindale, Texas. This is a unique 5-acre property with great river access for lounging and/or fishing.

We have 8 RV spaces presently and are adding a laundry/bathroom/shower by 2023. We may eventually add more RV spaces but we are limiting the amount of RVs so it remains a spacious feel.

We're mostly interested in longer-term, multi-month rentals but also welcome week-enders and shorter stays.

RV space have full hook ups
^30/50amp electric/water/sewer/Starlink internet

$ 740/month plus electric
^ Includes water for up to 4 people (including children)
$ 350/week
$ 65/night (2 night minimum)

Each site includes two adults and two children under age 18.

Each site includes parking for one RV and one vehicle. Additional vehicles will be $50/month $25/week and $10/night.

Pets are ok, must be on leash when outside
