We truly appreciate everyone who reaches out wanting to get on our schedule! With that said, we want to clear up one common misconception when it comes to booking.
Many customers personally message Jesse because he’s the owner, thinking it may help get an appointment sooner, find an opening that isn’t available otherwise, or possibly receive a different price or discount.
That is not the case.
Jesse follows the same schedule, pricing, and availability that our team does. In fact, messaging him personally can actually slow down the booking process because those messages still need to be forwarded back to our shop staff.
