This Chevy Malibu came to us looking for a fresh start and long-term protection. 🔥
After speaking with the owner, we learned the vehicle had spent much of its life going through automatic tunnel washes. While those washes are convenient, they can leave behind swirl marks, scratches, and dull the overall appearance of the paint over time.
Before starting, we discussed realistic expectations and explained that not every scratch would be safely removable. However, our two-step paint correction process would dramatically improve the gloss, clarity, and overall appearance of the paint while creating the ideal foundation for a ceramic coating.
To ensure the best possible results, we performed a full decontamination process followed by a two-step paint correction to remove as many defects as safely possible. We then applied a 5-year ceramic coating to the paint, windows, wheels, and even the wheel barrels. To properly coat every surface, we removed all four wheels, allowing us to protect areas that are often overlooked.
The end result? A deeper gloss, improved clarity, easier maintenance, and years of protection against the elements.
If you’re considering a ceramic coating, remember that proper paint preparation is just as important as the coating itself. The better the foundation, the better the final result.
