Tim has been an instrumental part of the Trackporter line this quarter - stepping up in a big way by assisting with packing lists to keep shipments moving smoothly during team absences. His support has been essential in maintaining efficiency and ensuring our customers continue to receive the quality they expect.

Beyond that, Tim consistently brings valuable perspective to the table. He asks thoughtful questions, provides meaningful context, and offers insights that help strengthen our processes - even catching things that might otherwise be overlooked.

One standout moment this quarter: Tim identified a potential flaw in the new Trackporter drive system and quickly collaborated with the team to address it. His attention to detail and proactive approach helped prevent potential issues in the field and reinforced our commitment to quality.

A little behind, but the recognition is well deserved 👏

Christian was our Employee of the Quarter for 2025 Q3 — and on top of that, he was also named Employee of the Year for 2025!

Christian consistently goes above and beyond, always willing to jump in and help wherever he’s needed (even when it’s outside his role). He’s been a key contributor as a Drafter and an essential part of our Research & Development team, helping push innovation forward every day.
