What a difference the change in ownership made and not in a good way. Had a service appointment yesterday and was totally shocked and dismayed by what went on. I went to the second floor waiting area and then sat in the "kids" play room. There were never any kids there or any kids that wanted the room. My husband had a transplant and is immune suppressed so I am very careful about the virus. I was there for several hours and was shocked to see so many of your employees unmasked. Apparently they view the 2nd floor waiting area and coffee machine as their personal "mask free" zone. It was disgusting and frightening to see the total disregard for everyones safety and the disregard of your own rules! When I got the call from downstairs that my car was ready, I went down to the desk only to come face to face with a man who appeared to be a "manager" with no mask at all, and several service people who apparently were never told that the mask goes over the nose and mouth, NOT below it. I am so disgusted with your lack of concern and lack of diligence. I am ready to trade my Prius-(this is my third, the last two of which came from Baierl)-but I will never be back. North Hills Toyota is looking really good to me . If you are so cavalier and so irresponsible with safety procedures for your customers and for yourselves, you are no longer the type of dealer I wish to patronize.

Cliff was amazing. Even though Baierl did not have the color I wanted in the Corolla Hatchback, he still set me up to drive a different color but same model to see if I liked it. And then found the color and interior I wanted at another dealership and made arrangements to have it traded in. He patiently explained the electronics to me, set up my bluetooth. I would happily recommend him to anyone. He went above and beyond.

I went there today to test drive a car. They were fairly busy. I walked into the building and I was only 1 pf 4 people wearing a mask. None of the employees that I encountered were wearing masks including the salesperson who came to assist me. They were not requiring or even requesting it. This of course does put them in violation of the state mandate for business to require that employees who interact with the public must wear them. This comes on the same day Alleg County reported a rise in cases. I don't want to be like Texas and Florida and pay a price for our ignorance. BTW I liked the car but will not be going back there to buy it. They don't care about my safety. I found it at another dealer who did follow the rules and will be going back there tomorrow.

Very disappointed in Bairel Toyota. I was looking at a 2017 Toyota Rav4 that was CPO. It had been fixed terribly. It needed a new door and the liftgate needed repaired due to a quarter-sized ding.

While I understand they are used, they are certified and should be in good shape.

This vehicle needed at minimum $4,000 in parts—not including labor. The sales manager took $200 off. It was a slap to the face.

I’ll never purchase a vehicle from Baierl.

Paid to get new tires and alignment sensors working fine. Left discovered sensor broken, service department claims it’s a coincidence wants me to pay an additional almost $300 to fix it I think not I would question using their service department certainly not buying a new car looked at here I’ll go elsewhere.
