We don't normally respond to negative or derogatory comments, but unfortunately, we feel the post from Mr. Anthony Harry needed a response.
Mr. Harry, You originally called us screaming, swearing and threatening our staff. Brad got ahold of you to try and help you with your situation. You originally called us and said that the dealer told you that your camera was unplugged. We immediately contacted the dealer and they stated that they never told you that. The camera was plugged in. They also stated that wiring to the camera was corroded due to regular use. Especially with almost 100,000 miles on your vehicle in our area. When Bradley and Brad both told you that the camera must need an update, we contacted the dealer and that is what they informed us. We also explained to you that if any damage found was accident related, we would take care of the bill and send it to your insurance company. We did contact your insurance company and they denied paying for your camera and wiring due to corrosion. General Motors has a TSB stating that if camera is inoperable, it is due to either a software update that did not fully install or corroded wiring. When we talked to Shawn at Fox, he stated that he has replaced a bunch of these due to the same issue. We are truly sorry that you are unhappy with us, but we can't pay for corroded wiring. In our area, corrosion is a huge issue.
Thank You, Brad & Christy Miller
