Had some fun with this 6.0l the past couple weeks. Just wrapped up a head gasket/bulletproof job with a full cab and bed swap. Cab was swapped with a clean 5.4l 2wd cab from Texas. All harnesses and misc components needed to be swapped from cab to cab due to new one being 2wd but all went smooth. All worn cab parts were replaced in the process along with a complete engine top end refresh.

6.0l powerstroke came in for Headgaskets and a Bullet proof. While tearing into in for new headgaskets, everything was refreshed and re sealed. During the tear down we also addressed some failure and wear points like O-Ringing the heads replacing the lifters. Engine runs great with no head gasket concerns or leaks!

Had the chance to work on a super clean special edition 6.0L Amarillo! Truck was having some smoking issues, and ended up being a worn out turbocharger pushing oil. Also was able to get a 2017 Cummins back on the road, installed a new oil pan when the original was found with a hole.

6.0L came in with no coolant. Ended up being a failed radiator that was splitting along the outside. Hankinsons' Radiator Shop was able to come through with one fast to get this customer back on the road! It’s a first to see one fail like this but truck showed no signs of excessive cooling system pressure.
