⚠️There are text messages currently circulating that are targeting Oklahomans claiming to be from the DMV asking for payment.

⚠️Any text message like this is fraudulent.

⚠️SOK (Service Oklahoma will NEVER text you requesting payment.

To keep your information secure:
➡️ Never clink the links in any suspicious texts
➡️ Delete them and report as spam if your provider allows it
➡️ Licensed Operators will reach out via mail or phone (never text) to request money or account info.

These look legitimate - but they are not! DO NOT click on anything and don't fall for the scam.

If you receive a text that says it is from the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety - Driver License Services - disregard and delete! It is a scam.

The text says you must make payment for a traffic violation or your driver license will be suspended. DPS/OHP does not collect fines and our agency does not communicate through text message.

For official driver license and motor vehicle services in Oklahoma visit service.ok.gov.
