You don’t always need to replace the entire exhaust system.

This **2015 Ford Explorer** came into **Lou’s Custom Exhaust in Worcester, MA** with a loud exhaust. After putting it on the lift, we found **both flex pipes were leaking**.

Instead of replacing the entire exhaust assembly (which can be expensive), we were able to repair it by cutting out the damaged sections and welding in **two new Euro-style flex pipe replacements**.

✔ Exhaust system inspection
✔ Cut out failing flex pipes
✔ Welded new flex pipe replacements
✔ Tested system for leaks
✔ Coated welds for corrosion protection

The result: **quiet exhaust and a solid repair without replacing the whole system.**
