🛠️ Sometimes one repair turns into a little more than expected…

This camper originally came into our rebuild shop for a rotten slide floor. Once we pulled the slide out to replace the floor, we discovered damage in the slide wall too.

That’s why doing the job right matters. Our rebuild crew repaired both areas, rebuilt what needed to be rebuilt, and got this slide back solid and ready to go. 💪

We love showing the kind of work that goes on behind the scenes in our rebuild shop — especially the repairs you may not realize are possible.

When a slide floor fails, it's not just a matter of replacing a board. It takes tearing the entire slide apart, finding hidden damage, rebuilding the structure, and putting everything back together so it's stronger than before.

Marvin and Richard are hard at work on this slide floor replacement, doing what they do best—bringing damaged RVs back to life with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

It's dirty work, it's time-consuming, and it's definitely not glamorous... but the finished product is always worth it.

As our nation celebrates America's 250th Anniversary, we'd like to take a moment to reflect on how grateful we are for our freedoms, our community, and the wonderful customers who continue to support our small business.

To allow our team time to celebrate with their families and friends, Appalachian RV Repair will be closed Friday, July 3. We will reopen Monday, July 6 at 8:00 AM and will be ready to help with all of your RV service and repair needs.
