Are you hearing a rattle or a clunk when going over bumps? It may be time to change your struts/shocks.

On this particular vehicle, you can see that the spring is woen out and overstretched causing it to rub- which will at some point causing it to snap.

Evidence of lack of maintenance. All of the brown is thick sludgey oil buildup from not routinely changing oil. The sludge can restrict oil flow causing oil pressure issues. We will have to either do a handful of engine flushes or do a complete teardown to clean everything up. Avoiding a simple routine maintenance is slapping them in the face with a hefty repair bill. Vehicle was brought in for coolant loss. We did the basics: checked coolant level, checked oil, check exhaust, even put the system under pressure to force a leak. No sign of coolant loss anywhere- then we brought out the endoscope camera and found coolant was leaking internally into 4 out of 6 cylinders. Ended up with an engine replacement

My favorite thing is to be given a broken part to find - with no part number and when asked for more information from the tech 'idk what its called or what it came off off' is what I'm given 🙃
