Don’t let this happen to you. Sometimes when someone can “do it cheaper” it can cost you big. This is a common water pump and timing component job on a Ford 3.7L. It’s a time consuming job but very routine for our experienced technicians. Someone was in here recently and left the harmonic balancer (crankshaft pulley) bolt loose and ruined this crankshaft. That hole should be perfectly round. We understand money is tight. We are now offering low interest financing through Affirm and Sunbit.
