The dispatcher Aimee Hayman was super helpful and made sure someone could get to my daughter quickly. She called me back as soon as a driver was found and let me know that they could get go my daughter within 25 minutes. The driver Phillip Hall called me as soon as my daughter's car was loaded to let me know they were on their way. My daughter felt safe riding in the cab with Phillip. Ed's 24 hour service made an otherwise stressful situation supportive and pleasant. Thank you!"
