We can get HEPA cabin air filters to replace your regular cabin air filter.
HEPA filters go down to .3 micron so they will reduce airflow slightly but they will improve the air quality in your car.

The second best way to fight back against high fuel prices is to make sure your vehicle is running at its best. Stay on top of routine maintenance like tune-ups (spark plugs and air filters) and make sure your engines' sensors are working properly.
Worn spark plugs and or oxygen sensors can cause you to use up to 30% more fuel than a properly tuned engine.
