This month we’re celebrating the incredible women who help keep Auto-Wares running strong!
Today we’re recognizing Sarah Dura, Store Manager of Bumper to Bumper Marinette #619. Since joining the company in 2021, Sarah has worked her way up from driver to the counter and now into her leadership role as Store Manager.
From the very beginning, Sarah stood out for her “never say no” attitude and customer-first approach. As a driver, she built strong relationships with customers through her work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile—something that continues to define her leadership today.
After working under multiple store managers, Sarah stepped into the role just over a year ago and has made a strong impact. She’s built a solid team, strengthened relationships with customers, and helped elevate the overall experience in the store—leading to an impressive 19% growth in sales.
Her focus on customers, leadership, and commitment to doing things the right way are helping move the store forward every day, and we’re excited to see what’s ahead.
