A shout out to merchant Mariners the world over!

Did you know each Foss vessel is operated by a crew of merchant mariners? In times of peace they are civilian workers, but in times of war they provide vital logistics support to the U.S. Navy.

This Fourth of July, we remember the merchant mariners who answered the call throughout history. To the crews operating our vessels today, thanks for helping to keep us Always Safe. Always Ready.
