The customer installed an inexpensive catalytic converter purchased online, but it wasn’t the correct part for this Cadillac SRX and it didn’t work.

We diagnosed the problem, confirmed the issue, and installed a properly functioning catalytic converter. The right diagnosis matters before replacing parts.

That clunky noise while turning wasn’t just annoying. It was a warning. 🔧

This Chrysler Pacifica came in with a very noticeable clunk every time the steering wheel was turned. After a complete diagnosis, we traced the problem to an internal mechanical failure inside the electric power steering rack and pinion assembly.

The electric steering gear was replaced, the system was checked, and the Pacifica is back to smooth and quiet steering. ✅

If your vehicle is making knocking, clunking, or grinding noises while turning, don’t keep guessing. Let us diagnose it properly.
