These two beauties came for an oil change last week. But here’s why it’s so important oil change in a Porsche, and why we encourage you to think of routine oil changes as cheap insurance:
🔺If you run your car with severely degraded oil or the incorrect oil level, you can cause major engine damage and the results could be worse. Given a new Porsche engine can set you back over $30,000‼️
🔺The interval service is 5,000mi with full synthetic 5w-40 oil, the dealer recommends 10,000mi service which is not recommended for a Porsche.
🔺So this is a maintenance item that you shouldn’t skip out on because internal combustion engines rely on hundreds of moving parts which need constant lubrication to reduce friction and keep you car in good condition👍🏻.

🔩⚙️A Customer came looking for help because he noticed a leak coming from underneath. Another mechanic tried to scare him by saying it had a bad valve cover which it wasn’t the case. The real problem was the left side transmission mount blew up, so both sides mounts were replaced.
