Faces Behind the Repairs: Investing in the Next Generation
At Williams Paint & Body Shop, collision repair has always been about more than vehicles. It is about people, training, craftsmanship, and the knowledge passed from one generation to the next. It’s about taking care of your people.
We are proud to share that Layla has started our I-CAR Registered Apprenticeship Program as she continues developing her skills in the collision repair industry.
Through the apprenticeship program, new auto body technicians are given the opportunity to learn, train, and build a foundation for a long-term career in collision repair. Part of that foundation includes the tools, guidance, and hands-on experience needed to grow in the trade.
In this photo, Layla is putting together tools provided through the apprenticeship program for new auto body technicians starting out. Also pictured are owner Eddie Williams and recently retired Robert Womble.
For us, this moment represents something important: experience being shared, new talent being developed, and the future of collision repair being built right here in Marianna.
As experienced technicians retire from the industry, it is more important than ever to invest in the next generation. Williams Paint & Body Shop is proud to support training opportunities that help new technicians learn the right way, grow their skills, and take pride in quality repairs.
