Customers are already taking advantage and getting equipment in for tune ups and repair!! This John Deere needs a full tune up, new muffler and gaskets including hardware and the forward drive adjusted. The chainsaw needs a new clutch cover and the chain sharpened. Had this Cub Cadet come in for a full tuneup. Note: the Kohler Courage series is well known for their cork valve cover/rocker cover gaskets failing! This particular machine only had 442 hours and it failed a long time ago. That may seem like a lot of time but with proper maintenance these engines can exceed 1,000+ hours. This series engine also recommends the valves to be adjusted every 200 hours. So this machine was very dirty with a pretty heavy oil leak from the valve cover, I replaced it with gasket maker silicone and not the cork. The valves were adjusted to spec along with the full tuneup which covers an inspection from axel to axel; along with a heavy degreasing and a light powerwash. It was returned next day because of work load but overall still a very good machine. Feel free to reach out for any and all of your small engine needs. HUGE shout out to JW HELLYER & SONS TREE SERVICE!! They happened to be across the street at my neighbors house doing some work, walked over and discussed with them on how much it would cost to drop one of my trees. They had enough time in their schedule today at (in my opinion), extremely affordable prices to drop and take away all the brush and left the logs for me for firewood which was my choice. Extremely professional and cannot thank them enough!!! Suzie Shaw and I have been wanting to do this for a couple years!!!

Had this is John Deere X320 in today for a full tuneup and valve adjustment. Quick note Kawasaki typically recommends every 200 hours to have your valves adjusted. Kohler Briggs and Stratton are anywhere from 200 to 400 and sometimes even every 500 hours to have them adjusted, it all depends on the specific model. This particular machine had 403 hours on it and has been very well kept but the valves were extremely out of spec, which was causing issues with it starting and running. All fixed and will be delivering to the customer after the holidays per their request. I Also had a Cub Cadet Tank L in and returned back to the customer today along with two chainsaws and a Rototiller yesterday all for a basic tuneup and look over, a handheld blower that needed a carb tuning, and then a Husqvarna riding lawnmower for a full tuneup. I’ll be more than happy to give you my best answer that I have or get you in contact with the best person for the job! Had two zero turns in today along with three push-mowers and a small rototiller. This rototiller had the worm gear all seized up and wouldnt spin the tines… but a little bit of time and some heavy cleaning and presto it’s like new again and packed with “00” grease. Sometimes it’s more of a struggle than others! The main hydrostatic pulley on the engine didn’t want to cooperate soooo the engine has to come off in order to replace it! All done tho and waiting for delivery along with a full tuneup and both hydrostatic belts replaced.
