Here is the latest change in procedures coming into effect. So if you trade in a vehicle that was gifted to you, you can use it as a trade in as normal, but you will be taxed on the full amount of the purchase. We are unsure of how this will affect the common carriers and other tax exemptions at this time.

Because of this our office is unavailable to process any Drivers License transactions. We are still available for titling and plate renewals. Sorry for any inconveniences.
