🔧 ASE Certified Technician
We're looking for an experienced tech with active ASE certification who is ready to hit the ground running. If you know your way around a bay and take quality seriously — this one's for you!

🚗 Alignment Technician
Experience with wheel alignment equipment (Hunter or similar) required. Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of steering and suspension systems? We want to meet you!

Andy & Dave's Garage — a Florida Keys institution since 1974 — is hiring an experienced Alignment Technician! We need someone with a steady hand, an eye for detail, and the know-how to get every vehicle riding and handling right. If that sounds like you, let's talk.

What you'll do
Perform wheel alignments on a variety of vehicles using alignment equipment
Inspect steering and suspension components for wear or damage
Communicate findings clearly to service advisors and customers
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What we're looking for
Experience operating alignment equipment (Hunter or similar)
Knowledge of steering, suspension, and tire systems
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Detail-oriented with a commitment to doing the job right the first time

What you'll do
Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models
Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, brakes, and more
Deliver honest, quality service that keeps our customers coming back
Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment

What we're looking for
Active ASE Certification(s) required
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Own tools preferred
Reliable, hardworking, and professional

Today we honor and remember our father and founder, Dave, on his birthday. While we wish he were here with us, we know he is celebrating in Heaven. We are deeply grateful for the life he lived, the example he set, and the strong foundation he built for our family and for Andy & Dave’s Garage.

His hands built more than a business, they built a legacy of honesty, hard work, service, and faith. Those values still guide us every day in how we serve our customers and run the shop he loved so much.

Happy Birthday in Heaven, Dad. Thank you for your sacrifice, your vision, and your love. We feel your impact every day and pray we continue to make you proud as we carry your legacy forward.

Tis the season for AC, have you had your AC filter inspected at your last service? This is our standard procedure here with oil change. We are seeing most places DO NOT include filter inspection…This will reduce air flow as well as can cause respiratory problems!

📢 Andy & Dave’s Garage Holiday Closure Notice
In honor of Labor Day and to provide our hardworking staff with a well-deserved vacation, Andy & Dave’s Garage will be closed from Monday, September 1st through Friday, September 5th.
We will resume normal business hours on Monday, September 8th at 7:00 AM.

🔧 Important Reminder:
All vehicles that need to be picked up before we reopen must be collected by Friday, August 29th at 4:00 PM.
