OBXSS: The Dream is about the strength of the human spirit and the importance of having dreams and realizing them. Michael Tillett lives in the small town of Manteo, North Carolina and has been building a Chevrolet Monte Carlo to debut at SEMA 2013 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. From 2005 to 2013 he has focused on his goal and no matter how impossible it seemed at any point, he kept his dream

in sight and now it's "all coming together" as he puts it. He always "dreamed of having a car good enough to go to SEMA" and with the help of many local shops and friends his dream is now real.
