All of the 2X4 Tunnel Wedge manifolds I have in the shop are now complete and ready to package and ship to the customers. 302W, 351W and BOSS 302. 351M/400 are up next.

The previous owner of the shop left behind some homemade shelving units. I repurposed them to make four benches and had one section left over. I used it today to build a deburring bench for manifolds.

It was a busy day today in the shop as I’m finally back on machining manifolds. These are the first run for these manifolds requiring fixture development and manufacturing prior to beginning machining. First up is the BOSS 302 2X4 Tunnel Wedge R and the 302W 2X4 Tunnel Wedge. Tomorrow I will machine the next four 351W Tunnel Wedge manifolds.

I received the first three castings today from the foundry for the 351M/400. This manifold is a single plane design and features a Holley 4500 Dominator carburetor fl**ge and a 3V port configuration.

I finally completed the customers’ accessory kit for his Stacked 48mm Throttle Body Injection on top of his BOSS 302. The kit includes a fuel rail to connect the individual fuel rails along with a Holley fuel pressure regulator and mounting bracket, throttle linkage adapter and stack extension.
