He has been identified and the police will be notified. Thank you to everyone that was concerned and wanted to help! People like this need to be held accountable.

So this is a reminder that just because there are batteries sitting outside you do not have the right to help yourself to them. If anyone knows who this is or can help identify him it would be greatly appreciated. This will be reported to the sheriffs dept. I just don’t understand people 🤦
