Can you put Cicada Audio Pro Series Component speakers in an older Harley? Absolutely.

We recently upgraded this 2001 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Standard with Cicada CM65.2X Pro Mid-Bass speakers and matching RR075T ring-radiator tweeters in the front fairing.

The goal was more output, stronger midrange presence and cleaner sound at higher volume β€” without the harshness the previous speakers developed when pushed hard. Even running from the bike’s existing Rockford Fosgate TM400 amplifier, the difference is substantial.

This bike has been upgraded several times over the years, so the current system is a bit of a mashup, with Rockford Fosgate rear speakers, a PPI powered saddlebag subwoofer and the new Cicada front stage.

While this particular bike is a 2001 Electra Glide Standard, we have audio upgrade options for many 1998–2013 Harley-Davidson Touring bikes, including Street Glide, Electra Glide and Road Glide models.

Well, not exactly, but π—¦π˜„π—²π—²π˜ π—¦π—Όπ˜‚π—»π—±π˜€ has an awesome solution to get your 1998-2013 Street Glide upgraded to the latest and greatest Cicada Audio Pro Series component speakers in the fairing. This 2001 Electra Glide Standard received a set of Cicada CM65.2X Pro Mid Bass Component Speakers with the matching Cicada RR075t tweeter and it sounds fabulous! They absolutely blow away the previous speakers in both sound quality and output level and as you can see, they are a super clean fit.

Better is always the goal. Better is what we’re known for, and better is what we continually strive to deliver.

This classic car is receiving a one-off custom speaker adapter bracket that will allow us to install a pair of Audio Dynamics PS343 speakers in the center dash location, which originally housed a single mono 4x10-inch speaker.

We’ve designed similar versions for many other classic vehicles, and this remains one of our favorite solutions for upgrading an original center-dash speaker location. The PS343 speakers fit this application extremely well and will provide a major improvement in clarity, balance, and overall sound quality.

This π’˜π’Šπ’π’ sound awesome.
