Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends of "Cap" Goudschaal. Cap was the sitting West Central Region (that's us)Coordinator for ABATE of Illinois.I spoke with Cap on the 12th at the BOD meeting. He was looking forward to the 4 Chapter PAC Ride and WC Region Party. A true champion of our cause and a good man. He will be sorely missed. RIP Cap
