**An Update on Our Next Chapter**
When Swatara Warning Lights opened in 2018, we had one goal: **to serve the people who serve others.**
What started as an idea and a passion for this industry grew into something we're incredibly proud of. Over the years, we've had the opportunity to work with great customers, build lasting relationships throughout the public safety community, and take on projects we once could only dream about.
We've put a lot into this company, and we're proud of what we've built.
At the same time, we know the last few years haven't been perfect.
We've faced challenges, made mistakes, experienced setbacks, and learned some difficult lessons. There are things we could have—and should have—done differently.
**We're not going to pretend otherwise.**
What we can do is learn from those experiences, make the changes that need to be made, and move forward.
# # **A New Home and a Fresh Start**
In the coming days, Swatara Warning Lights will finish transitioning out of our Manheim location and into the **Elizabethtown area.**
This move is about more than a new address. It's an opportunity for a fresh start and the beginning of the next phase of our company.
Our initial location in the Elizabethtown area will allow us to continue operating while we pursue a larger, long-term facility that gives us the space and flexibility we need to grow.
We want to take on larger projects, expand our capabilities, improve turnaround times, strengthen our day-to-day operations, and—most importantly—provide our customers with a better and more consistent experience.
**Simply put, we want to do things better.**
# # **Rebuilding the Right Way**
There are going to be changes at Swatara Warning Lights. Some will be noticeable right away, while others will happen behind the scenes.
But saying we're going to improve doesn't mean much unless we actually do it.
Trust is earned by **answering the phone, communicating with customers, following through on commitments, standing behind our work, fixing problems when they happen, and admitting when we've fallen short.**
That's what we're focused on.
# # # **We also want to address any outstanding customer issues.**
If you've had an issue with Swatara Warning Lights that has **not yet been resolved**, please get in contact with us as soon as possible.
Whether it's an outstanding order, service issue, warranty concern, refund, communication issue, or something else that still needs our attention, **we want to hear from you and have the opportunity to make it right.**
You can reach us by **email, Facebook, or by calling our regular business phone number.**
We also recently identified and resolved issues with our voicemail system that may have prevented some messages from reaching us properly.
If you've called or left a voicemail in the past and never heard back, **please reach out again.**
We don't want a problem with our phone system to be the reason something remains unresolved.
We're actively working through outstanding matters, and we ask anyone who is still waiting on a resolution to contact us so we can make sure your situation is brought to our attention.
# # **Thank You**
To everyone who has supported us since 2018, trusted us with your vehicles, recommended us to others, or given us another opportunity when things weren't perfect:
**Thank you.**
And to the customers we've disappointed along the way: **we hear you.**
We recognize where we've fallen short, and we're committed to learning from it and doing better.
**Swatara Warning Lights isn't going anywhere.**
2018 was the beginning.
The years since have brought successes we're proud of, mistakes we've learned from, and lessons we'll carry with us.
**Now it's time to take what we've learned and build something better.**
Thank you to everyone who's been part of our story.
# # # **This isn't the end of Swatara Warning Lights. It's the beginning of our next chapter.**
