I figure I should give a little shop update. I have been chipping away at this project during the last few weeks. Wiring a racecar from scratch is a much longer, and tedious process then most people think, including me. Place is a bit messy, but I call it "controlled chaos". I have several projects in the queue and enough current work scheduled to go into August. I am hoping to test fire this VR6 today for the first time, but there is still a million things to finish and sort out after that on the car before it can finally be done.

Roberts MercedesBenz S320 in for a custom cat-back. 409ss, with a small oval muffler/resonator and a Helmholtz chamber tuned to 95hz to remove a moderate drone. Sounds really sharp!

Caravan in for a new muffler and fix a rattle. These rampvans often have very substandard exhausts from these conversion companies. And since they all vary a little bit to fit peoples different custom needs the exhaust is often a major comprimise and cannot be standardized for given platforms. This vans exhaust was not too bad to sort out, but the previous Sienna rampvan I did a while ago was a horror show in very low quality work.
