Yearly Car Checks –
We have been thinking how to respond to the recent changes regarding mandatory NH State Inspections being removed as of January 2026. As an automotive repair facility, we understand that there are going to be different perspectives on this topic. As such, we felt it necessary to give our thoughts on vehicle annual checks:
With the recent change of no longer making NH State Inspections a mandatory requirement by our state government, there is now an increased risk of uninsured and unsafe vehicles on our roadways – some of which may not have been inspected for years, this decision may have serious implications for safety on our roads.
Our goal has always been and remains, to be part of the solution and not the problem with continuing the practice of yearly vehicle checks and keeping our customers and travel safer for you and everyone else.
The team here at Victory encourage our customers and all those drivers on our roadways to be PROACTIVE instead of REACTIVE with their automotive maintenance. This has been a practice that we have initiated for years. Because of this we strongly encourage everyone to bring their vehicles in for yearly maintenance checks.
Here at the shop for a small fee, our certified technicians will thoroughly check your car to help ensure that it is safe for yourself, your family, and everyone else that is on the roads.
We take great pride in how we operate with honesty and integrity, we will NEVER recommend any unnecessary service or repair, not only is it unethical it is just simply bad business, but we have also never done this and never will.
