Now with this being said if your child is sick or does not go to school PLEASE CALL US OR CANCEL. We will not risk her health the drive will be rescheduled in a timely manner. This is Robin Ferg of Fergs driving school. I just want to let everybody know that we've had some devastating news. Recently, and it concerns one of our instructors sue Miller. She has been diagnosed with a very, very bad cancer. So please people can you bear with us as best as we're gonna try to get through this as best as we can. She has a lot of doctor's appointments chemo. Treatments so I will be or our daughter savanna will be also probably taking her a lot. So if we have to move around some of the drives again, please bear with us again. Just letting you guys know. Thank you, and have a good day. Robin

ATTENTION PARENTS AND STUDENTS. When you have a drive with us you MUST have your temps. This is happening way to often of not having them. If you DO NOT HAVE temps, it will be a $50 no show fee, and the student will HAVE to find their own ride home. We will NOT be driving them home. The $50 must be in CASH on the next drive, or they don't drive and another $50 will be added.

Sorry but the foot has come down on this. We can not take the chance of a student driving with no temps and we get into an accident. It is just like you get pulled over and they ask for your ID. The student must also have their ID. I don't care if it was left in mom or dads car, but NO temps means NO temps and NO drive. If you have questions, please contact our office.

This is firm and no exceptions will be allowed. The student has to find their own way home, for we will not deliver them, so if they miss the bus, they miss the bus and will have to figure it out. It is not our problem that they forgot their temps.

$50 cash is no exception, it MUST be paid on their next drive.

To our Facebook followers and new ones. Here is a question for you.....Would you like to see us start up the in person classroom sessions again, and if so where? The classroom sessions is for 3 weeks, and unusually M-F. They are 2 hours long each for the total of 30 hours of in classroom teaching.
We are putting this idea out there, so your feed back and comments will help.

Driver Training School owners & instructors:

Tomorrow morning, Wisconsin DMV will publicly announce the end of the Road Test Waiver Pilot, which has been in place since May of 2020.

As of January 1, 2024, drivers under the age of 18 will need to complete an in-person road test to obtain their Probationary license. Appointments for a road test can be scheduled 11 weeks in advance at wisconsindmv.gov/road test. Student drivers ages 16 and 17 who have completed their required driver education course, behind the wheel training, and 50 hours of supervised driving may still apply for the road test waiver through December 31, 2023.

We anticipate questions about road test availability and can share that we’ll be offering tests consistent with the availability pre-COVID. Additionally, we anticipate questions from students and families about “exceptions” or allowing individuals to have their test waived after the pilot ends. We can state confidently that tests will be required starting January 1st, no exceptions.

We have put some time and consideration into this thought and realized that after 2 years we have not raised our prices. With the economy and gas prices, we do have to raise our prices. ALL courses will be raised by $25. With the exception of: On-line 30 day extension will be $50, and the No Show Fee will remain at $50 for a missed session. Here is a list of the new prices:
1.) Basic Course 30/6/6 - $400
2.) Basic In- Car Only - $300
3.) Classroom Only- $200
4.) Adult Road Lessons- $75 per hour
This will be taking effect as of April 1, 2023, All students that are enrolled as of now will keep the same price as when signed up. We ask for your support and cooperation through this transition.

Hello driving school students and parents. On Jan 19, 2023 we will be going live with a NEW scheduling app. This is going to be much easier, and more information and updated as the student drives, with drives/observations. It will also give you more advance notice reminders that a drive is coming up. So, we have some duplicate email addresses, and with this being said, the parent will receive the notice, would like it to be both. This can be done on mobile app and computer, so there will be better communication on all things. I know there will be a lot of phone calls, text messages, and emails, so just bare with me while we move our company forward. Thank you.

We have some great news! Please help us welcome our new instructor Savannah Miller! She has been state certified and is ready to go! She will be taking over some drives and giving temps test. She is excited to join our company! Welcome Savannah and you got this!!!
