ICYMI: The NRA filed a lawsuit against the State of New York, challenging its ban on Glocks and Glock-style pistols.

The filing notes that New York's law violates the Supreme Court precedent set in D.C. v. Heller, which prohibited handgun bans as unconstitutional.
