Throwback to October 2002: Fords @ Englishtown.

Hyde took 1st place and a class winner jacket. We've had this 2000 Harley-Davidson F-150 since it was new in July 2000, and by 2002 it was already getting mods and show-ready.

Twenty-plus years later, I'm still building wiring for these trucks. That's how HDCircuitry kits got started.

Full voltage to every pump.

HDC Fuel Pump Harness Kit (Billet Fuel Hat). It uses the factory wiring to trigger the harness, so the factory fuel cutoff safeties stay in place, but upgraded wiring powers the pumps to cut voltage drop. Even on stock pumps, that has shown a 13 psi increase in fuel pressure. Two pairs of pump wires match up to a billet hat, and color directions are included.

Fits 99–03 SVT Lightning, 00–03 Harley F-150, and 97–03 F-150 (and 04 Heritage). Pick Lightning/120" or Harley/139" wheelbase.

Running an OEM hat? That's the OEM Hat kit. Want a third pump on its own trigger (hobbs, toggle, or WOT switch)? The Third Pump Add-on pairs with the Billet kit.

Walkaround on Hyde.

We've had this 2000 Harley-Davidson F-150 since it was new in July 2000, build #356 of 8,197. Today it's running a 4-valve Ford GT engine with a 4.9L Kenne Bell, behind an 8.50-certified cage. The plate says the rest.

A lot of the wiring under that hood is where HDCircuitry kits got their start.

HDC "Big 3" Battery Cable Upgrade Kit. It takes your OEM 4 AWG cables to 1/0 AWG: alternator to starter solenoid, battery positive to solenoid, battery negative to firewall, plus an aux engine-to-frame ground. The factory fused positive stays, just in 1/0. Upgraded terminals, fuse cover, boots, and hardware are included.

Fits 99–04 SVT Lightning, 00–03 Harley F-150, 97–03 F-150 (and 04 Heritage), and 98–03 Expedition.

Want the starter side done too? The HDC Starter Cable Upgrade Kit pairs with it, together, separately, or later. Moving the battery out back instead? That's the job for the Battery Relocation Cable Kit.

Battery in the back. Wiring done right.

HDC Battery Relocation Cable Kit. It upgrades OEM 4 AWG to 1/0 AWG for a rear-relocated battery, and it includes the alternator cable, battery positive and negative, an aux engine ground, and an aux frame ground. The fused positive is retained in 1/0. It's designed for an NHRA-legal kill switch, though the switch and aux posts are not included. It works with a bed-mounted box or an underframe tray.

Fitment is 99–04 SVT Lightning, 00–03 Harley F-150, and 97–03 F-150, including 04 Heritage. It's built to order, about 2–3 weeks.
