Hot Spring County Sheriff’s Office wants to notify the citizens of our county of a level 3 (HIGH RISK) s*x offender moving to our area.

Paul Bradley Clark will be residing at 2063 Witherspoon Rd., Arkadelphia, AR. 71923.

Clark was convicted of first degree s*xual assault x2 counts after engaging in s*xual contact with 8-11 year old female on multiple occasions over a period of 3 years.

*It is important to note that sentencing decisions are made by judges, not by the sheriff's office. Additionally, the release of inmates from jail or the Department of Corrections is determined by the judge or the parole board, not by our agency. Many of these offenders have relocated from other counties, and we are not responsible for their release.
Upon their release, inmates are subject to specific conditions to which they must adhere. As a law enforcement agency, we are obligated to uphold the law and cannot arrest individuals for crimes for which they have already served their sentences, whether through probation or incarceration.
Our Registered S*x Offender Coordinator, Lieutenant Jerry Norwood, is responsible for monitoring these individuals, conducting home visits, and ensuring compliance with their release conditions. Should they fail to meet these requirements, we will pursue new charges and seek to return them to custody.
