From our menu of full and exterior service wash packages to an array of professional detailing services, we aim to be your clean car destination. Unlike exterior only, express car washes, we offer solutions for all your clean car needs (inside and out) to keep you and your car feeling good. Our service experience starts with a heartfelt greeting from one of our Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) who is trained to identify your vehicle’s clean car needs. Wash Depot Holdings, Inc is one of the largest car wash and oil change companies in the nation. We specialize in full-service car washing and market under the Sparkling Image Car Wash® and Eager Beaver Car Wash® brands. In addition, we operate Sparkling Image Detail Centers, Mobil 1 L**e Express quick l***s, and Gas Stations. In addition to friendly service, we pride ourselves on an expert staff.

We have an immediate opening for a Convenience Store Manager at our gas station in Malden, MA.

Convenience Store Managers will oversee scheduling, ordering, end of day closings, and deposits.

Job Responsibilities are as follows:
- Provide an excellent experience for our customers
- Oversee and manage daily operation of the store
- Responsible for overall store safety
- Supervise, and discipline all store employees according to company policy.
- Assist in the recruiting of, recommend for hire, and train, positive individuals to become members of the Wash Depot Team, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well kept.
- Ensure all merchandise is stocked and displays are attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner.
- Monitor daily retail gasoline competitors and sending the prices to the corporate office in a timely manner as established by management.
- Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner as established by management.
- Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive offs daily.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills required
- Strong work ethic and energy
- Must be self-motivated
- Strong customer service orientation
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
- Must be at least 21 years of age
