I had a late night last night but I got to help a family whose house caught on fire. They are staying in these two RVs for the next 6 months while their home is being repaired. These campers came all the way from Montana and were dropped off yesterday. We had to move quickly once they were on site so the family would have a place to sleep tonight. We got the RVs moved into the proper positions and got them level, which was no easy task. I got everything hooked up for them and ready to go. They were a very happy family! This job can be so rewarding.

Customer had his awning fabric ripped and both awning arms bent in a bad storm. We replaced both awning arms and the fabric, and it all went great! Another happy customer.

Another very happy customer! He had a tire blow out on him while he was heading to the campground and it ripped up the waterproofing under his slideout then ripped a whole buch of wiring out of the camper causing power loss inside. I was able to find all the severed connections and get them repaired and put all nice and neat in to some split loom. Also had to replace an outlet on the inside that was torn up from The wire getting yanked on so hard. Customer was so happy he said it looks better then it did from the factory!

This is a job I did recently. The ABS pipe from the grey tank had cracked and needed to replace a section of it. I was even able to save the gate valve which helped save a ton of time and the customer some money! What you dont see in the video is we put in some rubber to help protect the pipe in the future!

I spent this past week in Indiana at the Lippert training facility learning about some of their newest products like their tankless water heaters new 12volt refrigerators, titan hydraulics leveling systems, and some of their roofing products. It was great getting hands on time with these and learning about troubleshooting any issues that may arise. I will definitely be attending future trainings there.

It's getting to be that time of year - Spring is coming! With that in mind, it's important to start checking your roof's sealant. Over the winter these sealants can crack allowing water intrusion. Call and setup a roof inspection soon! Time slots are already filling up fast!
