Thanks to everyone who reached out to let us know about the issues with our automatic wash. We tracked the problem down to an air leak in one of the tubes, made the repair, and everything is now running normally again.

When it rains, it pours!

The technician came out today to investigate yesterday’s issue and discovered another component that is failing. We have ordered the replacement part, and our technician will be back tomorrow morning to complete the repair.

We’re hopeful this will be the final fix and that the auto bay will be back up and running in no time. 🤞🏼

It is with great frustration that we need to temporarily close our automatic wash bay once again. We have had technicians on-site throughout the week working diligently to diagnose and repair the issue. After operating beautifully for a day, the equipment has unfortunately begun experiencing problems again.

We understand how disappointing and inconvenient this is, and we sincerely apologize for the continued interruptions. Our team is actively working with technicians to identify the root cause and get the bay back up and running as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We truly appreciate our loyal members and the community for sticking with us as we work through this challenge.

In case you missed our update yesterday, our automatic wash bay is back up and running great! We want to sincerely thank everyone for your patience and understanding over the past two weeks while we worked to install new parts and complete the necessary repairs. 🎉

The automatic wash is temporarily closed for a couple of hours this afternoon. We noticed it was not cleaning the right side of vehicles properly, so we are fixing the issue. Once repairs are complete, the wash will reopen later this afternoon. Thank you for your patience!

The automatic wash is now OPEN! We’re so sorry for the inconvenience while it was down for repairs. We’ve installed all new pumps and several new parts, so please bear with us over the next few days as we make sure everything is running smoothly.

Although the car wash may seem to be working fine, we have noticed a few pressure-related issues and are working diligently to resolve them.
