CAR WASH UPDATE

As you may have seen, our automatic car wash is unfortunately down again.

Our tech company recently sent one of their top technicians all the way from Kentucky to work on the wash. After getting it back up and running, it worked for about 24 hours before shutting down again. Their technicians have been working hard to figure out why we continue to have these issues and, most importantly, how to get the wash running reliably for the long term.

We know how frustrating this has been, and we promise we are just as eager to have it fixed as you are. We are doing everything we can to get it back up and running once again, and we will post an update as soon as that happens.

As always, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and cannot thank you enough for your continued patience and support. ❤️

We know the past month has been frustrating, and we appreciate everyone’s patience while we worked through a few unexpected issues with the auto bay, from faulty wiring to broken pump parts. Trust us, we’ve been just as frustrated! 😅

After a lot of troubleshooting and help from our technicians, we’re excited to finally say…

We’ve had technicians out multiple times, and several parts have already been replaced, with a few additional parts now on order. We are hopeful that the automatic wash will be back up and running by the middle of next week.

We sincerely apologize for the continued inconvenience. Please know we are doing everything we can to get the auto wash running properly and reliably again.

To thank our members for their patience through all of these headaches, we will be giving ALL CURRENT MEMBERS ONE MONTH FREE. We know how frustrating this has been, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support! ❤️

We truly have struck some bad luck! 🫣 Our motor, which has already been replaced twice in the last 6 months—with the most recent replacement just 2 weeks ago—has unfortunately died on us again.

We are doing everything in our power to get the auto wash back up and running as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to get this resolved! ❤️
