Conley specializes in gourmet cheese cakes, cupcakes and other small treats. That is not to say, she is not familiar with other types of pastries. While being in the restaurant industry since she was a young tyke, she has gained hands on experience through the years. Not to mention getting some of her creative processes through managing multiple Starbucks locations in Texas, and is now a Starbucks Store manager for the Magnolia location. The thought behind this bakery is a very simple one! Pick one thing and do it well. The Menu itself is a guide, but not wanting to be limited by a piece of paper, she will take any idea and make it amazing!
