🇺🇸 Never Forget — September 11, 2001 🇺🇸

Today, we remember and honor the innocent lives lost on 9/11 and the brave first responders, firefighters, police officers, military members, and all who served and sacrificed to protect others.

We will never forget their courage, their service, or the families who continue to carry their loss. May we always honor their memory with gratitude, unity, and kindness.

God bless all who serve. God bless the families who lost loved ones. And God bless America. 🇺🇸❤️

Where does your insurance company stand?

🚨 2026 Auto Insurance Report Cards Are Out — And The Results May Surprise You 🚨

A lot of people choose their insurance company based on the cheapest monthly premium, the commercials they see the most, or the name they recognize. But when you actually need them after an accident, the lowest price doesn’t always mean the best coverage or the best experience.

The latest insurance report cards show that some of the biggest names in the industry received disappointing grades when it comes to things like:
✅ Claim handling
✅ Fair repair practices
✅ Customer service
✅ Working with repair facilities
✅ Properly restoring vehicles after an accident

A good insurance company isn’t just one that collects your premium — it’s one that stands behind you when you’re already having a bad day.

When choosing insurance, look beyond the price. Ask questions like:
• Do they allow quality OEM or manufacturer-recommended repairs?
• Do they work with repair shops to properly restore your vehicle?
• Do they have a reputation for taking care of their customers during the claims process?
• Are they focused on getting your vehicle repaired correctly, or just getting it done as cheaply as possible?

Some companies consistently earn better reputations for claims service and repair support. Doing your homework before an accident happens can save you a lot of stress later.

Remember: Your insurance policy is a promise. Make sure you know who is making that promise before you need it.

At Rays Collision, our goal is to help educate our customers and make sure they understand their rights throughout the repair process. Your vehicle is a major investment — it deserves to be repaired the right way. 🚗🔧
