We build safe & quality vehilces, the way you vision and use them. We like cars to have the reliablity as original or better. We also like to see cars used and enjoyed, so they have to perform, just as good as they look.

Well we got a special guest in the shop. This 64 Corvette, I did everything but the paint, seats, and conv top on over a decade ago. Second Restomod 64 we did back to back at the last shop I worked for. Was not a part unrestored or touched on this car at that time. Shout out to R S Richards Transports & Towing for picking the car up and taking extra care of it. We are tasked with freshening it up, checking it over, and getting it back on the road.

So after building the first Procharger Belt Guard to follow the shape of the F1 Procharger, it came alittle too close for comfort to the 73 Camaros Hood, but did not hit. (I had the procharger and a desired mock up shape from the customer, not the car to test fit)

Some design changes and had us some new parts to weld together. Made the cross shafts slide into holes this time rather then butt up against the side, for a much easier time assembling and welding

Now off to Powdercoat.

-If your not making Improvements to each one, why Even try?

Hot Rod Rehab (Larry Ledger) shared a post on Instagram: "Happy Thanksgiving! There is so much to be Thankful for as the shop just turned 10. The realization that I am turning 40 next year, and that I have been working on cars for almost 25 years. I'm also fortunate enough to make a living doing so....

This was a fun project that was knocked out this week. Cory asked if I could build a exhaust that won't rust out and last longer then a couple years. Then added his idea to bring the exhaust out the bedside. So this is what we came up with for his little Toyota Tacoma.

After hitting the road at 6 this morning and a 9 round trip to 3s Chemicals in PA the 66 Comet Cyclone is back at the shop and naked as can be. Thanks Trevor for all the help getting the paint and heavy body filler off. Tomorrow we will get it out the trailer, started prepping for Epoxy, plan for all the repairs needed, and the custom work to be done.

Well this project has always been worked in around others, so progress wasn't always the fastest. So the feeling to have the bed mated back to the cab was awesome. A little more wet sanding and buffing on the bed, paint the roll pan, and some minor details, its ready to hit the street again.

Thanks for the Fuel Link that allowed us to use the factory Guage with the new custom fuel cell.

A little reminder of the 66 Comet Cyclone looked like when it came into the shop and its current state @ 3sChemicals. Thanks and the others helping strip it to a clean slate for us to bring it back to life. Follow along as this build comes together.

So 17 years ago today I was given this welding helmet for my Birthday and it served me really well up till about 2 weeks ago. Today seemed like a good day to go ahead and hang it up above the office and retire it. Its been there since the beginning of my welding adventures and got it right after I bought my First Tig welder that im still running on the regular. Every scratch, lens change, and battery was well earned! From Hobby to Full Time car Building, if I ever welded anything for you, it was done with that helmet.
