Dear Kayser Family,
Our dealerships have re-opened and are excited to return to delivering the world-class service you've come to expect from us!
As you know, on March 25 we made the decision to temporarily suspend dealership operations out of an abundance of caution for the safety and well-being of our teams, their families and our guests. During this pause, we've been able to accomplish a number of critical tasks that we believe have made us better equipped to continue our vigilant response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Most notably, we've enhanced our in-store disinfecting protocols and established unorthodox but sound safe guards that we can maintain indefinitely in response to the rapidly changing environment we are in. While many of these changes are counter to the culture we want to deliver with every visit, we believe in our team's ability to adapt and continue delivering a SIMPLE, personalized, transparent and trustworthy experience during your visit.
Specifically, we will be adjusting our hours of operation, adjusting our staffing to small teams, creating unique ways to greet you when you arrive, and urging you to communicate electronically as much as possible, and re-introducing you to the wonderful suite of e-commerce technology that has become part of our leading edge Kayser Simple Experience, all in an effort to promote aggressive social distancing, while continuing to deliver on your transportation needs.
Additionally, since our work often requires extremely close contact with your vehicle and areas of increased risk of exposure for you and our teams, we will continue the practice of using a concentrated disinfecting process before and after we enter your vehicle.
Respectfully, we ask that you assist in these efforts by personally preparing yourself and your vehicle to visit our dealerships while we navigate this new normal, by practicing healthy hand-washing and personal sanitizing procedures, adhering to 6 feet of separation, and certainly choosing to postpone your visit if you are sick or have been around someone who is sick.
Together we will survive this extraordinary and often tragic ordeal, but for the time being, again, this is our new normal. We thank you for your support and your loyalty over the past few weeks, we've received many kind notes of encouragement and gratitude regarding our decision to suspend operations.
We are excited to be back in business, are at your service, and will look forward to greeting you again soon….from at least a 6 foot distance!
