Here is a little 7.3 PS/IDI to 10R140 update for everyone. We have several parts finished or on their way from our vendor (starters). These shafts are 4140 Heat treated and Nitride coated. This gives the splines a very hard surface finish to take a abuse you guys are about to throw at it.

We also have the cooler line adapters back from Ano and laser, The transfer case adapters are also finised and waiting to get assembled & packed. Lots of progress is happening!!!!

Performance Adapters is growing, and we're looking for a motivated individual to join our team! If you enjoy working around cars, have a mechanical background, and take pride in doing quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:
📦 Pick, pack, and ship customer orders
📋 Help manage inventory and stock levels
🔍 Perform quality checks before products leave our shop
🚚 Coordinate shipments with carriers
🧹 Keep the warehouse clean and organized

What We're Looking For:
✅ Exceptional attention to detail
✅ Mechanical aptitude or hands-on automotive experience
✅ Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems
✅ Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for extended periods
✅ Basic computer skills and a positive attitude

Position Details:
• Full-time preferred (part-time considered for the right candidate)
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
• Opportunity for advancement as our company continues to grow

Starting Pay: $18–25/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
