I feel like this an important reply that needs to be read from a comment that has been deleted, To whom it may concern
I would first like to thank you for your referrals and for trusting us with your customers. We treat every customer the same, providing the highest level of customer service possible and performing quality repairs according to manufacturer standards. That commitment applies equally to everyone, from the smallest customer-pay repair to the most complicated collision repair involving an insurance claim, regardless of the insurance carrier.
I want to be clear that my post was not intended as a personal attack on State Farm agents, their business practices, their customer service, or the efforts your office makes to assist your insureds throughout the claims process. I am sure that you and your office go to great lengths to provide the kind of personal, small-town, "like a good neighbor" service that your customers expect.
The purpose of my post was simply to educate our customers about what they can expect when they choose to have their vehicle repaired by us rather than by a State Farm contracted repair facility. There was no intention to disparage you personally or question the way you conduct your business.
That said, after reading your response, I feel there may be some misunderstanding regarding what I was trying to communicate. I went back and read my original post again, and I believe the message is fairly clear and straightforward. My decision was not made lightly, nor was it made out of frustration with any individual agent or office. It is a business decision based on circumstances and experiences that have ultimately led me to make what has been a very difficult decision, and quite honestly, one that breaks my heart.
If you and your lead agent would like to better understand what led me to this decision, I would be more than willing to sit down with both of you and explain my position and the circumstances behind it. Please feel free to call me or stop by my office, and I would be happy to have that conversation privately and respectfully.
I would sincerely prefer that we have that discussion directly rather than continue this conversation publicly on social media. I have respect for you, your office, and the relationship we have had, and I believe this is something that can be discussed much more appropriately face-to-face.
Thank you again for your referrals and for taking the time to share your perspective.
